想簡單在家練大塊胸肌及腹肌 - 健身

已爬文...
之前我練胸肌的方法是 拿3個椅子 做扶地挺身 每天做3組
現在一次能做大概15下左右 已經做了2個月
但胸肌好像沒什麼變大
爬文發現可能需要增加重量
我想知道的是...如果我去買啞鈴來做臥推效果會比較好嗎
就是躺在長凳上 做臥推的姿勢
因為我去看精華區 有人說push up沒辦法"真正"練到胸肌
至於仰臥起做 我也是每天30下一組 每天3組
到目前為止 是有一點點形狀了 但不是很明顯就是了~"~
不知道我這樣"簡單"的菜單夠不夠 還是要多加什麼或修改什麼
