關於體重啥時量? - 減肥

大家好
小弟在這裡想請教減肥幾個問題
1.我聽醫生說,體重測量最佳時間是早上起床喝杯開水就可以量了
那時的體內沒有任何食物留存,是最準的
但小弟大都是晚上九點量的,晚飯是六點半到七點之間吃
不知那個時間點準確?
2.小弟每天都會計算吃進去的熱量(用MFP記錄)
儘量吃超過BMR,但小於TDEE
沒吃超過BMR會有反效果?肌肉會流失?BMR會下降不知這觀念是否為真?
3.然後每天都會做一套TABATA(不曉得有沒有用?聽說效果等同慢跑30分鐘到1小時)
我都是參考一休大的網站來實施減肥的
不曉得有沒有人是因為這樣成功瘦身的?
希望能聽取過來人的經驗
這麼多問題希望能不吝賜教,謝謝!!!
