性別:女
年齡:17

體重:57.4
BMI:22.9
體脂率:31.4%(生理期)
三餐內容:
早餐:超市賣無糖優格一大匙+奇異果一顆
午餐:水煮雞胸肉+燙蚵白菜/生菜+水煮魚片/蝦仁,每項各100克
晚餐:金針菇一把,清湯(水煮肉片+洋蔥或青菜之類),碗的大小約直徑13-15公分
其他:每天都會配一個水果,中下午當點心吃,蘋果、火龍果或芭樂
日常作息時間:早上07:30起來
半夜00:30-01:00(比較忙的話就會更晚)
假日自然醒大概10:30後起來
生活型態:久坐型學生
讀書準備考試等等一直都不太有機會動
健康狀況:基本上沒有
頂多最近起身太急會眼花五秒吧xD
運動習慣:幾乎無
我的問題:
三個月前65.5kg 體脂肪35.7%
去做針灸療程,被規定完全不能吃澱粉所以三餐就長那樣了
今天結束療程量體重時
發現體重減了很多,但體脂沒怎麼降
想知道是否有什麼環節出錯
然後該做些什麼運動?慢跑或是重訓
準備考試比較忙希望可以是方便做的
澱粉的攝取以後應該會慢慢增加
但目前還是不太敢吃太多
一天一顆拳頭左右吧
深怕身體太久沒遇到澱粉
一遇到就狂吸收到一些會變胖的物質 XDD(這方面觀念可能有誤解)
還有超怕冬天馬上復胖,
上次也是針灸後解禁過頭然後暴肥
大概就是這樣如有遺漏資訊會補充><

針灸已經停了,現在可以吃任何東西
之前那樣子每天是吃1000上下,不會餓(Tdee-300=1300)
那麼現在具體上飲食該如何調整才能避免溜溜球呢
