我固定每天作瑜珈
最近注意到兩邊膝蓋關節,手肘以及髖關節都會發出聲音
甚至有一次睡覺到一半
竟然被膝蓋關節的聲音給吵醒@@
我做的瑜珈動作算是溫和的
關節也不會酸痛,只是一直發出聲音
感覺自己好像的身體像是機器需要上點油
請問大家,除了做好暖身,我該補充哪些營養呢?
