有氧慢跑30分鐘,心跳數約130左右,持續1年,每週2次
例2:騎飛輪一小時,心跳數約130左右,每週1次
我的問題:
一年前我是個體重快90公斤的胖子,靠努力有氧運動和低碳飲食,在大約4個月前瘦到69-
70公斤,體脂大約22左右,我就一直維持這樣運動飲食的習慣,沒變胖也沒瘦。
最近想做更詳細的inbody檢測,做了發現我四肢正常,但軀幹和內臟脂肪還是偏高,有輕
度脂肪肝。
但可能身體習慣目前的有氧運動了,想瘦內臟脂肪,想問問大家推薦什麼樣的運動方式可
以再加強呢?謝謝
