想請問各位巨巨在訓練當下的處理方式
譬如說在做槓鈴肩推的過程,原本預計要做完8下
但是在做到第五下的時候沒力了
通常我會放回架子休息20秒再繼續做完
這樣子跟沒力之後降重馬上把剩下3下做完
哪一種會比較好呢?
