降重量訓練的隔天反而更酸了? - 健身

又要麻煩巨巨了
是這樣,我這一個多月以來,練背日總共有4個動作,
每個動作3組,重量我是抓每組做8下近乎力竭的重量。
在做的當下,確實會感到重量很足,因為有時候做到
第3組的最後1~2下時,必須要靠身體稍微晃動才有辦法
做完。每組動作剛完成的時候會「非常喘」,組間休息時
也很有感。不過睡一覺起來的隔天,背部都不會痠痛。
我昨天把訓練方式改了一下,一樣每個動作是3組,
但把重量降到原本的80~85%,然後每組次數增加爲12次。
另外改變的是,離心時我有刻意把速度稍微放慢,以增加
肌肉感受度。
在做的當下,我覺得比之前做8下那個重量要輕鬆滿多的,
每組動作完成時「幾乎不會喘」,甚至把組間休息時間縮短
10~15秒也不會影響下一組的訓練。全部練完以後,我甚至
有點懷疑「這樣算不算偷懶了?」
奇怪的是,今天早上起床,背部竟然有非常明顯的練後痠痛感。
(不會痛到覺得受傷,但就是會有”昨天確實有在練背”的感覺)
用8下的重量去做,當下氣喘如牛,隔天卻沒事。
用12下的重量去做,當下輕鬆寫意,隔天卻有訓練的痠痛。
這是怎麼回事啊?
