背部訓練 後面前臂無力 - 健身

小弟訓練上又有一些問題
昨天訓練背部
硬舉 抓3rm 4組 (80kg
俯身槓鈴划船 16rm 4組 (25kg
滑輪下拉 16rm 4組時 前臂明顯比較無力
導致重量做不上去 大約只有23-32kg
後面再做單手的器械划船 重量也無法做重
甚至練到最後都是前臂先無力 背部還有力
請問這樣是因為發力問題 還是需要拉力帶?
