運動習慣: 慢跑 一禮拜約2~3次 在晚上10點左右跑 一次 7KM/40分鐘 心跳約145
伏地挺身禮拜約2~3次 一次約75下
網球一個禮拜2次 一次約一個小時
我的問題:想請問雖然體重75 但問每個人都說看起來65(十個有九個這樣說)
本來想說是不是肌肉比較多 但去康是美量了體脂是23
請問肩寬會不會影響到體脂肪的測量(因為我骨架比較大 肩寬比常人多4公分)
另外想請問 0卡可樂和鹹水雞對於減肥是不是有幫助呢?
還有晚上10點運動會不會太晚呢??
