隔壁肌肉沙灘戰起來了
嚴格說起來是戰姓何的教練
所以我這邊也要開戰....阿不是...我是說想趁機跟大家討論有氧無氧
這個何教練阿,我菜鳥時期看過他的影片
本來以為會有什麼收穫,只是看完後,我發現我除了學到一堆好像很厲害的名詞之外
什麼都沒學到,我還是不知道怎麼開始,簡單來說,他的影片就是講個大概
你要實作的是完全沒有的,你要實作.....買課~~~~~~~
當然啦,我知道知識沒有免費這件事,但既然有那麼多人願意免費分享健身
實作方式(蓋伊 Peeta等人),我免費仔就閉上嘴摸摸鼻子就不再看何的影片了
淺談何讓人起爭議的點
1.什麼都大重量,有肌力治百病,有氧....??
2.商業味道太重
3.何他自己的身材還有她粉絲
這是隔壁主要在戰的點,其實這三點隔壁講很多了
我特別想討論的是第一點的部分
我也不局限大重量,就談無氧有氧
雖然我的確有感覺何的言語若有意無意在貶低有氧,但當初我也只看了她一部影片
所以我也不敢妄言,不過....看肌肉沙灘版似乎不只我一個人這麼覺得就是
但總之這不是我要討論的
我想知道,大家當初運動入門應該都是有氧居多
後期開始出現分歧了,像我就偏向有氧的方向走了,一部分的人主要無氧
想知道大家主練無氧的理由是什麼? 比起肺活量你更在乎肌力是嗎?
還是覺得無氧比較好玩?? 這裡沒有任何貶低輕視,兩種運動都好
單純想知道你們後來選擇無氧的理由,我自己偏向有氧主要的理由是我覺得有氧
比較好玩,而且我愛修長型的身材更甚於肌肥大的身材,然後是我不想中年的時候
練就一身大肌肌結果爬山被70多歲老人海放.....(郭台銘爬山甩館長幾十條街...)
當然我不會捨棄無氧,重訓是運動之母,一定要有一定程度,不然連有氧的成績
都會受影響,再強調沒有要戰有氧無氧誰好,都好,只是目標不同,只是想知道
讓你們偏向無氧的理由是什麼呢?
