隔天關節疼痛 - 健身

最近加強肩部的訓練,
重訓完都還好,沒什感覺
但是隔天去游泳的時候
卻發現肩部關節裡面相當痛@@
裡面感覺有條筋轉不過來,
一直卡住卡住的,而且有聲音~
請問這樣是重量做太重了嗎?
還是姿勢不正確呢?
