小弟目前減脂了約莫兩個禮拜,最大的困擾就是原型食物帶來的飽足感太有效了,導致我
沒辦法塞進整整兩千兩百大卡的熱量,倘若要同時斷食,在還不餓的時候又要繼續塞食物
,嘴巴真的很累.....
想請問大家,有沒有除了喝乳清之外,填補熱量的方法
