過年期間,滿桌的零食
看了非常想吃...
那,如果有計算熱量
偶爾把零食當正餐
這樣應該不會胖吧~
雖然不健康 但偶一為之嘛 > <
我希望這個以'總熱量計算'為關鍵的想法
可以獲得大家同意...

我今早本要吃水果
看到昨晚別人送的太陽餅 就吃了2個
然後喝潽耳茶[無糖]
預估熱量600大卡
