想跟各位討論一下我做電腦人的心得
其實這個電腦人可以"爽爽的做"
也可以很嚴厲的對自己要求
第一個動作 Foot on foot crunch
肩膀不著地 後背不著地 頭的視線為看著膝蓋
平行地移動 盡量不要有上下的震動
如果覺得側腹的伸展不夠強 可以試著摸腳尖
第二個動作 Alternating Curls Abs
一樣肩膀不著地 後背盡量也不著地
雙手抱頭 頭看天花板 扭轉側腹至膝蓋抬起的方向
這個方法有時候會用到一些不是腹部的力量
也就是會用到手跟脖子的力量
雖然頭看天花板可以讓脖子用力減少
但手還是會扭
可以考慮嘗試雙手抱胸
第三個動作 Push Through
一樣肩膀不著地 後背一樣不著地
(補充一下 著地的是下背 腹肌的正下方)
雙手往內伸至雙膝中間
這個動作我相信大家問題比較小
第四個動作 4 Times Abs
肩膀和背著地
我相信大家很可能一致認為 這是一組很輕鬆的練習
事實上 "這個練習是需要雙腳不著地的"
我個人認為 雙腳不著地的效果比著地好很多倍
第五個動作 Arm Reaching Crunch
細節同第三個動作 只是是伸手去摸膝蓋
第六個動作 Leg Up Crunch
雙腳向上伸直 雙手碰膝蓋左右高度
可以嘗試肩膀不著地 效果絕對加倍
第七個動作 Cross Arm Crunch
雙手在胸口交握 手肘放在身體側
一樣組間肩膀不著地 但後背可以著地
伸展的長度其實至手肘碰到地板為止
"不要用自己的手肘往下深去碰膝蓋"
第八個動作 Double Crunch
這個動作我想是考驗腹肌的力量
基本上這個動作沒有相當高的腹肌強度是無法標準完成
硬是做的話 通常會變成頭抬起來一點點 但後背沒有起來
解決這個問題的方法
我是將手用力得向前伸
腳收回來的力量少一點 大概類似8:2
把用力的想法都放在手上
這樣後背就會被拉起來
