各位大大 各位巨巨好~ (鞠躬
之前小弟在沙灘版上問過蛋白質攝取的問題,被噓了才發現根本攝取不足XDD
所以今天大考完就跑去costco買了罐MP的乳清
版上爬文好像是說體重幾公斤就喝幾克,罐子上的貼紙寫一天兩匙
不過版上各位巨巨的重訓量小弟實在比不上………
雖然鍵盤醫師說喝乳清和傷腎沒有太大關係,但我還是希望不要過量……
像我一天練 Abs Workout - Level 1

然後星期一、三、五放學會跑3000
像這樣的運動量也是用正常飲用量飲用嗎?
另外 除了腹肌和胸肌鍛鍊後外,跑步後建議喝嗎?還是補充純水或運動飲料會比較好?
