先謝謝大家的回文,我是之前為了參加比賽,想在短時間內提升戰力,
但是過於心急所以負荷量過量,導致膝蓋內側疼痛。
之後一直有做檢查和看醫生。
X光:髕骨有點偏一邊。
超音波:膝蓋正中心有小氣泡但醫生說無大礙。
但休息了非常久但一直沒有好所以有施打類固醇,卻無明顯功效。
骨科和復健科都說是韌帶發炎,需要休息(我停一切運動+日常活動吃膝蓋力的動作也
非常小心),並有吃止痛藥+肌鬆劑。
本身有高足弓+十年前同一部位有跌倒撞擊過。
之後看了一個醫生我覺得比較可信,他是說因為我長期姿勢不對+
之前受傷過內側肌力弱,所以導致髕骨摩擦疼痛。
我自己後來爬文後,發現自己比較符合“髂脛束摩擦症候群”,希望有回答到。
PS:我覺得一直沒辦法根治的原因是,非單一病因

這個問題困擾了我快一年了吧。
由於膝蓋有傷的關係,且短時間內無法恢復。
所以想請問,有除了 游泳.跑步.腳踏車 之外的 “有氧運動” 嗎?
因為腳傷停止運動有很長一段時間了,真的非常非常非常想念流汗的感覺又想
減少體脂率。
每次問復健師都是跟我說游泳,但我因為皮膚的關係真的沒辦法下水啊╰(〒皿〒)╯,
查谷歌大神出來的運動則是很少見的運動器材-戰繩,小女子我在外租房沒地方弄啊。
還想請問有沒有過來人或專家可以解惑了,懇請解答了(跪謝)~
