胸式呼吸與腹式呼吸 - 健身

請問一下關於做各種運動時的呼吸方式,
我知道出力時是吐氣,不出力時是吸氣
但我始終搞不清運動時吸吐氣時是要用腹式呼吸還是胸式呼吸?
我是憑實際上我在做重量訓練時的感想是,
胸式呼吸在吐氣時腹部微凸,這樣動作比較做得起來,
反之腹式呼吸吐氣時腹部內縮,很多動作就不好出力做不起來,
然而有氧運動很喘時,我都是吸兩口吐一口氣做調節,運用的則是腹式呼吸,
所以有氧運動跟重量訓練分別是使用腹式呼吸及胸式呼吸嗎?
還是我做錯了?正確應該是如何呢?
另外像是皮拉提斯或瑜珈這類的運動又該是腹式呼吸還是胸式呼吸呢?
