第一次在這個版發文問問題
如果有什麼沒注意的地方請跟我說:)
我現在中餐有在吃高麗菜
但是川燙後感覺菜的營養會流失
所以想問是要川燙過後在吃還是洗乾淨之後生吃?
還有因為想補充魚肉的營養
所以買了鮪魚罐頭(水煮)
看了一下她的營養成分
鈉含量約500毫克
不是每天吃
大概一個禮拜吃兩次
請問這樣一天一罐110g的量會太多嗎?
