之前 我靠正常飲食跟運動
瘦了約10kg
目前約65kg左右
(但很多人說我看起來不到60 = =)
但中途因為腳受傷 不能慢跑
約停跑了1個多月
這一週又開始恢復了很高量的運動量
(因為啦啦校隊特訓)
同時做了重力 肌力 有氧運動的訓練
一天約7-8小時
理所當然 我變重了(全隊體重都變重了)
我知道是肌肉量增加了 所以會變重
但是教練希望我可以練到當flyer
所以希望我可以再減15kg
我知道盡量不要有數字的謎思
我也一直認為 看起來不胖就好
但是在啦啦隊裡 就真的很現實
因為40~45KG的女生 也比較容易做高難度技巧
甚至55KG在啦啦隊裡算重
所以教練給我的目標是50 = =
可是問題來了
我要怎樣做 可以同時增加我的肌力(因為我要送上層)
然後又可以把體重大量降低?
有一個前輩 男生 也是練啦啦隊很多年
他之前很壯 人稱站肩王
之後靠運動跟節食
確實瘦了15kg 但他說了 他也掉了很多肌力
我不想啊 .....
而且要我節食真的無法 Q Q
我一肚空就會胃痛 > <
我是要開始維持重訓加一邊慢跑嗎?
希望有人可以跟我說明指點一下 @ @
