頸後、背部的筋該怎麼拉? - 健身

最近開始有慢跑的習慣
跑前會熱身 跑完步之後也會收操
但是 收操時做到這個動作↓↓↓
雙腳併攏坐著 雙手碰腳尖 身體下壓拉筋 這個動作
(是叫做 坐姿體前彎 嗎@@?!)
發現我的頸後跟背部的筋很緊 所以就下不去= ="
雖然我站著的時候手掌可以直接碰到地面...
想請問這兩個部位的筋該用什麼姿勢來拉筋呢?
