最近上了三堂飛輪,
課程是說「入門飛輪」,
幾乎就是站著或壓低身體連騎三~四首歌的程度,
原本覺得騎腳踏車是很高興的事情,
現在覺得挫折,
站著騎大概沒半首,
四頭肌就受不了!哈哈哈哈哈
然後就看到鏡中的自己,
全班大家都跟著老師,
就我一個弱雞坐著QQ
覺得自己臉皮好像很厚,跟不上坐著.....
規律運動將近一個多月了,
平時二四六在家練肌力,
一三五會去健身房上各種有氧
該怎麼辦呢?
怎麼樣可以幫助我跟上大家,
麻煩大家給我指導,謝謝!
