飲料店的“配料”(珍珠,寒天,蒟蒻,椰果,粉條)熱量 - 美體

珍珠:聽說一顆5卡,一杯目測50顆,大約250大卡!
之前因為補習沒時間買晚餐吃,不得已只買一杯去冰無糖珍珠紅茶充飢也沒有特別變胖。
但感覺容易營養不良,應該不建議這樣!
雖然是我飲料都喝無糖但外面飲料店“配料”也都是用糖水煮,感覺還是有點熱量。
我發現外面的椰果都會偏甜,熱量好像也比較高,有時想要健康一點就會選寒天(蒟蒻)
不選椰果,但其實真的有比較健康嗎?
最近有一種新上市的“粉條”,口感很像寒天,蒟蒻,只是長度長一點。
想請問寒天,蒟蒻,粉條到底一不一樣阿?
我自己認為的熱量應該是:
珍珠>椰果>寒天、蒟蒻、粉條
我壓力大會亂吃東西,但吃的東西熱量更高,更花錢。
雖然知道喝飲料不好,又貴,但越叫我不(能)喝,我越會反撲,到最後更可怕。只不過
我還是有所選擇的EX:只喝去冰無糖,不喝奶精衝泡的奶茶,養成運動的習慣…
ps.不知道PO這篇的意義在那邊?
安慰自己其實喝的飲料沒有很垃圾?所以不知道要下什麼結論XD
