飲食正常沒壓力 突然變瘦 - 健身

我今年30,家人的體質都是吃不胖,
我工作時間不長,也沒工作壓力,飲食正常,衛生習慣不算差,甚至有點潔癖
3餐都吃自己煮的,飯,麵,菜,肉,水果,維他命沒少攝取過,不挑食,苦瓜,榴璉都不怕
1週2顆蛋,一餐1碗飯or麵
今年突然變瘦很多,已經快要低於BMI標準值,比去年瘦至少3公斤,臉部瘦最明顯
健康檢查結果器官都是正常
今年跟去年的不同是,我以前都是騎乘摩托車,而今年出門都是騎自行車
上班騎自行車一趟大約4公里,都是慢慢騎,一趟大約都騎40分鐘
(除了騎車以外無特別運動)
不知道這是否是造成體重驟降的原因
