養成慢跑習慣後 平常的心跳數 - 減肥

身高:170.5
體重:62->58
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
自從養成慢跑習慣已經3個多月了 就純粹為了健康而已 所以飲食沒作太大變化
結果還是有掉一些體重 不過後來有去量血壓心跳的時候 血壓很正常 110~120間
不過心跳數卻慢到 55次/min左右 我印象中60以下是頂尖運動員才會有的 平常跑步
的距離每次大約是 6~8公里 速度大約是6分速 每周約4~5次 所以照正常來說 心跳會
比較慢一點是正常 但是慢到55好像覺得有點怪怪的 畢竟運動強度沒很高 阻力訓練的話
就簡單的 伏地挺身和仰臥起坐各50一周約3~4天會做 沒跑步前習慣前心跳約80
所以想請問 目前我的心跳是不是慢到有點不正常 需不需要做調整或去做個檢查?
