這個教練來頭還不小曾經是香港甲組得分王還跟Tracy McGrady單挑過
看過他蠻多影片都在重申不建議非職業球員進行重量訓練除非你有一個專業的教練,這邊
的教練指的應該是專業功能性訓練的教練而不是一般肌肥大的健身教練,他認為籃球運動
是一個整體而不是像健美的孤立式訓練
他認為比起重量訓練增加力量他更希望讓球員能用出自己身體百分百的力量,而不是讓球
員持續增強力量結果永遠不會用出自己百分百的力量
而他主張的核心力量是指運球、急停各種動作用核心來出力而不是單純的手或膝蓋,簡單
說就是任何動作都跟核心借力
他提到一昧的增強力量如果身體不會掌握只會增加受傷的機率跟受傷時的嚴重性
我想他的意思應該是韌帶沒有辦法像肌肉一樣成長的這麼快,肌肉的力量增強韌帶沒有增
強過度發力韌帶很可能就斷了
以上是這位教練的看法,下面是我個人的看法
我覺得這位教練講的確實有幾分道理,就拿我個人來說,我確實沒有辦法完全把重訓的力
量轉換到籃球上,也完全沒辦法用出身體100%的力量,甚至單腳全力跳後腳還會痛
相反的也看過很多沒在重訓的球員力量很大的,我想這就是身體掌握的差距吧
