騎 x-bike 的膝蓋問題 - 健身

爬了板上的文,知道騎 x-bike 時最好以低阻力為主
最近幾週開始騎 x-bike 做為有氧運動
如果調阻力3 110rpm以上 踩40分鐘以上
右側膝蓋內側的韌帶好像會有點酸痛
但心跳可以達到150 beats/min
但如果調阻力2 則必須踩很久心跳才會超過100 beats/min
想請教板上各位先進幾個問題:
1.所謂低阻力是以個人肌力狀態為主嗎?
假若是的話,那麼阻力3對我而言是否已經是高阻力?
2.承上,但阻力2以下則難以達到效果...
是否可以一面作加強股四頭肌的運動一面以阻力3繼續運動
或是先以阻力2運動 待股四頭肌加強到無不適感再以阻力3運動?
3.再加問一個問題:
在開始5分鐘和最後5分鐘以阻力2高轉速作暖身和緩和運動可以嗎?
我目前用這個方法,韌帶的痠痛有比較好一點但還是會有
或者我應該先嘗試拉長暖身和緩和運動的時間?
