不是要替X-bike宣傳它有多神奇唷!

我是2010.4跟團買了X-bike
這兩個月瘦身稍稍有點成果了(喜)
如果真的想要減肥(超過10kg)的話,我想還是去跑步或游泳吧!
想靠X-bike瘦身,我覺得最有效的是瘦局部(尤其是大腿跟腰部)
我不是每天騎,大概一週騎三次,每次2小時左右
都是洗完澡後一邊用電腦一邊踩,強度設定在5~7之間
踩完大腿跟小腿會有點痠感
然後抬腿15分鐘再穿上減壓襪(到大腿的那種)睡覺
實際上,這樣下來也才減了2kg
也就是160cm/55kg--->騎X-bike後2個月 53kg
其實減重效果不大,如果想靠X-bike瘦身,我想應該蠻難的!
但是肌肉線條結實了以後,看起來就瘦了
但對於平常沒時間運動又想要訓練大腿和腰部、臀部線條的人
是還不錯的選擇:)
