騎單車及運動前後吃東西的問題 - 健身

請問大家:
我現在每天只要沒下雨 都會去騎youbike 平日有上班騎約10~16公里(有分段騎 一次騎)
到底一次騎30~40分鐘比較好 還是分段騎累計超過1小時比較好(但單次可能只有15~20分)
因為看網路上的報導 有說分段騎其實消耗更多 但版上又有板友說沒這回事
另外如果早上騎單車 騎完中午要吃東西可以吃甚麼啊?
還是說正常吃 因為下午晚上還會騎
另外 我晚上騎完單車 都會買一瓶高纖無糖豆漿來喝 這樣沒選錯食物吧?
只是如果早上 下午騎完 不知是不是可以馬上吃 還是要等1小時候再吃比較好
