最近開始減肥每天早上我起床時間約11點
我吃一個蘋果和麵包因為已接近中午所以我沒再吃中飯
下午2點若有點餓就點個虱目魚頭湯30元
晚上在跟家人吃一般便當 我會特別少白飯才油詐的
持續5天 看體重少了1.5公斤
後來星期六日 又跟家人正常吃中餐晚餐才2天六日體重又變回來了
天阿 我發現我這5天的刻意節食都沒用 超挫折的 最痛苦是忍受周遭人吃得很豐盛
所以目前打算買腳踏車來瘦身 不過又很怕自己半途而廢 我屬於下半身肥胖的人
騎腳踏車不知道會不會反而使屁股骨架更粗腿變胖哩 考慮是否要買嗎
之前我都靠逛五分埔步行減肥 好像效用不大 快教我該怎麼做
我沒辦法像大家是晚餐不吃 因為家人一定會一起吃阿 所以只靠中餐吃少 瘦的超慢
