上禮拜期末考周的時候一整個禮拜沒有去運動
好不容易等到期末考都考完,終於可以衝健身房了!!
結果...啊咧?
之前好不容易有進展的重訓強度又被打回原形啦(T▽T)
有氧的部分也是,本來我擔心身體一下調適不過來還特意降低了之前的強度
結果跑到一半竟然開始出現低血糖症狀,這是我有氧了十個月第一次低血糖啊!
才一個禮拜沒練而已耶,甘屋差架最?(台語)
昨天不停對自己說"我辦得到",硬是慢跑40分+快走30分下去(這是我平常跑的時間)
結果今天就全身痠痛無力了 囧
害我一氣之下又跑去重訓區操了今天第二個circle,給這些偷懶的肌肉一點教訓(誤)
唉...運動真的要持之以恆啊.........
