體力很差 頭暈 很想吐 - 健身

小弟我最近開始運動
但有很多很多問題想請教
從小我就知道我身體素質沒一般人好
體力大概在班上男生排雖沒到最後但也是到數的
最近深感到有再好的人生 沒好的身體真的不行
已上murmur..
最近都在跑 2000 ..
2000很少我知道 但也別笑我><
這是我用意志力拼來的 也是我目前的極限
大概跑到1600
在拼到最後一階段我就感到我的「腦袋空空 視線模糊」
雖然我大概還可以靠意志拼下去 但我還是選擇休息XD
跑完後 ~~ 我真的很想吐阿 頭超級暈眩
爬過板上文章 ~
大大有提到說是呼吸方法不正確
今天我也特別大力深呼吸 但似乎沒有用阿XD
晚飯時間 - 5:00 運動時間 10:00
肚子食物應該也消化差不多了吧 ?!
