各位版友你們好,
小弟有個很大的疑惑....
從三年前開始規律每週會慢跑三次,每次50分鐘,
跑步強度從三年前的50分鐘6公里到現在參加路跑能夠在50分內跑完十公里,
目前是慢跑和游泳交替,一週兩次有氧,
每次40分鐘,
一年前開始自行接觸重訓,
體重一直都在60-65來回擺盪,
但有個困擾,
就是體脂肪已經降到我滿意的標準,
下腹卻仍有肚子,
請問我應該如何改善呢......
飲食部份,
早餐多為燕麥+牛奶
早餐店的話會選擇起司蛋不抹美乃滋
一週約三杯500西西紅茶,
以前是一天兩杯的,現在減到一週三杯,
午餐晚餐不忌口,都正常吃,
但本身不吃烤、炸物,
肉吃的也不多,
想請問應該往哪個方向改進
