不好意思,我不是要戰妳們。
只是原po也好、b網友也好,我真的覺得妳們夠fit、夠瘦(甚至過瘦)了。
b網友瘦下來很漂亮,但老實說,我覺得照片裡妳最美的時候是46~48公斤左右的時候,
42公斤時的照片有點過瘦了。^^;;;
如果有運動的習慣,請不用擔心恢復正常飲食會復胖,
運動本來就是最好的緩衝,詳情請看置底文,
另外我也推薦apricot320網友的分享,
我覺得她的心得文很適合想要減肥的女性看一看。
女性的脂肪本來就儲存在臀部、大腿和胸部,
大腿沒有肉真的很誇張,我只有在變態心理學課本上面,
看到厭食症患者的照片才是一絲肥肉、一點脂肪都沒有的啊,
但那樣真的很恐怖。
脂肪某方面來說,是女人味的表現。
造物主就是這樣設計,讓男人跟女人的身體構造不太一樣,
因為女性身體的設計是為了懷孕生子的,
儲存多一點的脂肪就是為了這樣的機能而設計。
其實妳們的大腿都已經夠細了,
對女性而言,大腿本來就會粗一點、臀部就是有肉一點、胸部就是贅肉多一點,
一直把焦點放在那裡,所以一直覺得過胖,
但是妳們真的忽略了那裡本來就是會肉肉的啊!
體脂肪12%真的很低了,
要知道體脂肪過低將來可能會有難以懷孕當媽媽的風險耶。
或許妳們還年輕不在意,但是,真的不要到了老了才開始後悔啊!

健康的身體也才有美感可言啊。
