我自己沒有原po纖細 比原po矮 還多重5公斤 我是161公分 體重52左右 (我有F杯但我覺
得胸部影響體脂不會很大)
我最胖時曾經是161公分62公斤(因為受傷運動量變小變胖) 當時體脂25.8%
但一般人看不出來 我超過60公斤 所以我覺得一般
我現在體脂量出來體脂 20.5% 但不知準度 總覺得和網上圖片比 體脂20的看起來好像更
結實些
但看照片(我有深呼吸) 和原po的相比我肌肉好像是有明顯一些些 給妳參考一下
