體脂太高做有氧有用嗎 - 健身

早餐:麥片+牛奶
午餐:一碗飯+三菜 偶爾吃肉
晚餐:同午餐
其他:過年大暴走QQ
日常作息時間:盡量7點起床 12點前睡
生活型態:考生
運動習慣:
每天擇一
慢跑1小時 or 飛輪1小時 心跳維持140左右
body pump 還在學姿勢 所以都沒拿很重
我的問題:
大量有氧一個月之後 體脂完全沒降
是因為我的肌肉量已經很少了嗎?
去WG又一直被教練說 你一直做有氧不會瘦拉
雖然我知道他是為了要推銷教練課
但是我比較想知道真的會因為我的體脂已經太高
所以就算狂做有氧都瘦不下來嗎
我現在大概慢跑一小時8k 再快一點我小腿會太痛
如果現在改成快走 減脂效果會比較好嗎
還有飛輪 我都是踩到當下覺得大腿很痠推不太動
但是回家之後隔天大腿也不太會痠
這樣的強度對減脂有用嗎
