小弟在健身房打滾有好幾年了,
基本的知識其實都知道...
我對自己的目標期許是希望讓線條更明顯!
要這樣做我已經把有氧規劃進我的菜單裡,
現在的我一個禮拜重訓兩天,其餘時間就去跑步燃燒脂肪.
現在我的問題來了.
1.如果重訓後跑步半個小時跟單純只做有氧半個小時不做重訓效果差在哪裡?
(以前當兵時都是先跑完5000再做伏地挺身跟仰臥起座,可是順序我覺得沒差?)
2.重訓完的營養補充.
(以前我都喝高蛋白,可是現在光聞味道都會想吐,喝膩了..我改喝豆漿米漿之類的)
可以請教大大們這兩個問題嗎?感激不盡!!
