體脂率:25 (生理期前)
早餐:蚵仔麵線(超愛一週可吃3-4次)
午餐:肉類主菜一份,青菜2-3份,白飯
晚餐:平日統一無糖豆漿+肉鬆or鮪魚御飯團(已連續吃三個月)
假日正常吃,只吃飽不吃撐
其他:每日一份水果
日常作息時間:8:30起床->上班->24:00睡覺
生活型態:上班族

大腿內外側重訓持續3個月

我的問題:生完孩子一年2個月,3個月前開始客制飲食+運動第一個月體脂從28->25
雖然BMI不高,但第二個月到現在體脂一直在25%,肚子的脂肪一直減不下來,
昨天看了筋肉媽媽的文章說女生一天要吃到1600卡,不然會瘦到肌肉
請問我目前的問題是運動量太少?亦或是吃太多還是吃錯?
