體脂暴增!是誤差嗎? - 健身

我一個禮拜去康是美量一次體脂(同一家,同一臺體脂計)附上數據
75.?kg 29.9%
74.6kg 27.4%
73.5kg 33.3%!!!!!!
我真的被這數字嚇傻了!
想請問大家這會是誤差嗎還是我真的一週內暴肥?
這周我雖然都有控制熱量但偶爾有吃比較油膩的食物(例如麵包,鬆餅…),然後前幾天剛吃完地瓜配優酪乳排宿便(連這都講出來就知道我有多無助)
運動方面真正的長時間有氧運動較上週少大概只有兩次,但其他天也有盡量多活動
以上大概是這周的狀況,希望有熱心的大大幫我解惑><
