以前對減重沒有甚麼數字方面的概念
曾經仗著年輕一個半月病態減了20kg左右
(一天一餐 穿外套綁沙包跑步之類)
當然後來就持續複胖->減重->又復胖
入伍前又回到了8X kg...
當兵後約8個月達到我這輩子最瘦的時候

57kg 3000公尺跑11分左右
退伍後膝蓋受傷就停止慢跑了
最近才開始上健身房一個月
inbody測量結果如下
體重 69->67.3 (kg)
體脂 19.1->17.3 (kg)
肌肉量...略升0.1^^"
目前每周踩飛輪5天 每次1小時
每隔兩天會做阻力訓練
請問我目前減脂速度算正常還是需要加強呢?
