體脂肪不降反升 - 健身

三餐內容
基代約1800左右
早餐:西式早餐土司一份(火腿鮪魚etc)+豆漿一杯
午餐:自助餐一飯3菜一豆腐
晚餐:水煮冬粉燙青菜燙雞胸肉各一份
其他:no
日常作息時間:7:30起床 1:30就寢
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
一個禮拜2~3次有氧
x-bike 80min 心跳都有130up
跑步 目前是跑10圈走10圈 全身溼透喘到不行 應該有130up
睡前會做幾組腹肌訓練
會抽空做簡單的手臂重量(二頭三頭背部) 20*4
我的問題:
運動了一個月 體重是有下降了
但是今天早上起床量了一下體脂肪 24.7.......
之前量差不多才23 剛剛量了一下也差不多24.7 所以應該不會是誤差問題吧
那我的有氧運動都做到哪裡去了 每天這樣汗流浹背....
是重量不夠還是吃得不夠阿
