我的體脂肪大約在29多左右,
身高才153
體重50左右
早上起床會做瘦腰部的簡單運動

利用這本書
但我都只做到六..
早餐會吃營養品,不一定會吃家裡,有時會吃外面的鍋燒冬粉或自己水煮水餃6~7顆
吃不多,七八分飽吧!
中餐不一定會吃,覺得肚子餓了喝水都沒用的話才會去吃正餐.
晚餐也不一定會吃.
如果中餐有吃,晚餐其實我就不大會餓
差不多七八點就會跑去跑步..
但也不是每天跑,要看我的時間
重點:我想減體脂肪..但似乎最近沒進展
是因為我三餐不正常嗎?
