原PO目前是大四學生
大約在一年前開始養成做有氧運動的習慣(慢跑和x-bike居多)
這幾個月以來加入重訓
我真的很後悔沒有早一點踏入運動的世界
這真的是太快樂了!!!!!!!!
我一直是一個很會吃的女生
從小到大的任務就是幫一起吃飯的人吃剩下的
交過的男朋友也沒幾個比我會吃
到現在我爸五十多歲食量不如從前
有時候我還會幫他收拾殘局......
不過因為國中打羽球、高中跳舞
一直以來都不算胖,
大概就是"健康"(XD),靠著穿衣服能讓人誤以為瘦瘦的身材
直到這一年培養出固定運動的習慣
每個久不見我的人一看到我都說
XXX你變得好瘦!!!!!!!!!!
其實我自己一直沒什麼自覺
但是被講多了,加上緊身褲變得沒那麼緊
仔細端詳鏡中的自己,發現我的線條真的變好很多!
我現在的身材是163/48/34D
不過因為我的臉本來就偏肉
加上皮膚很白
不要說用看得能看出來我愛運動了
就連他們問我瘦身秘訣,我回:運動
也沒幾個人相信...T口T
而且固定運動之後覺得自己身心越來越健康
現在又加上重訓,
身體一天比一天有力量的感覺真的好棒啊
體力也變好很多,
現在實習打工什麼的久站、搬貨、爬樓梯都不成問題啦>///<
這學期在學校修了重訓課
(能正大光明的用上課時間重訓,超爽!)
助教是個可愛的學長
讓我更喜歡重訓了XDDDD
好啦
其實真的就是沒什麼重點的閒聊
只是想分享運動真的很棒
他會讓你的身心都快樂到不行!
ps.
我現在更會吃了
每次在外面吃飯看到一堆女生不論胖瘦紙片連個便當都吃不完
除了覺得好浪費食物很想幫她們吃之外
再看看自己被爸媽形容成像狗舔過一樣乾淨的盤子
根本不必擔心吃太多在那邊斤斤計較算熱量
當個別人口中又瘦又會吃的女生
這真的很有成就感啊!!!!
剛才去重訓了兩小時
然後我等一下要去吃壽喜燒吃到飽
超幸福的啦>////<
