這算是我第一次的成果發表
在好久之前,我曾經來發表過文章
半年內要瘦10kg,之後就不了了之的放棄了
今天打這篇也不是跟你說我瘦了幾公斤
所以想知道我瘦幾公斤的人就可以按左鍵出去了...
今年三月初,工作轉調的關係
結果到了台中就一發不可收拾的一路胖上去
等我發現時,褲子已經穿不下了,走路會喘、會心悸
回南部時,家人朋友第一句都是說:妳怎麼變這麼胖
已經不是"妳好像變胖了"
在這一連串的打擊之下
開始我的不健康減肥計畫
朋友在安麗上班,剛好她們有個減重活動
她找我組隊報名...那時候量了體重是64.1kg 身高152
說真的,我也不知道我胖了幾公斤,但至少有5kg吧(?)
吃了三個星期所謂的營養早餐之後
雖然體重下降了2kg,但都是靠意志力去撐我想吃東西的念頭
結果我的身體反撲了..暴食症發作了....整個脾氣也變的很差
當下我馬上停止我的減肥計畫,也跟朋友說我放棄參加他們的減重活動
我也放棄減肥這回事....
上班都是坐一整天,壓力大三餐也不正常
七月中開始,除了變胖不說,發現身體好像越來越差
後來我決定改變我的生活作息
先不想要減肥這件事,而是先讓自己的身體動起來
就這樣開始了我兩個月的運動生活
一開始都會偷懶不想運動,所以我就去報名健身房的運動課程
錢一旦花了,就不得不去。
從本來的一個星期去兩、三天,到現在天天去
我們健身房每個月都會幫會員做一次身體量測
兩個月過去了..我手邊沒有資料,沒辦法打詳細的數據
成果就是~~~
胖了一公斤,但肌肉量增加、基礎代謝率也提升了
體脂沒有變,因為我在飲食上都沒有忌口
而且可能也是因為我三餐沒辦法正常吃,所以身體在囤積脂肪
重點來了....胸圍沒變、腰圍少了8cm、腹圍少1cm、臀圍少了2cm
看到腰圍少了這麼多,我都嚇到了...
一開始還難過體脂沒降,結果腰圍這項整個有振奮到我
最開心的是,前兩天上班
下班前跟我交接的同事說
"來這邊大家好像都變胖了,怎麼我覺得妳變瘦了"
我很驕傲的說:我有在運動阿....
目前離我的目標10公斤還在努力中...
但現在我真的能夠真真實實體會到大家常講的
"不要在意體重機上面的數字"是什麼感覺
真的太在意數字,反而沒辦法享受運動帶給你的驚喜
就像我胖了一公斤,但我的體圍都變小了...
現在養成了運動習慣之後
真的一天沒動感覺就是怪怪的...
