體脂肪與 LBM - 健身

請問各位大大
減體脂肪時
是不是真的很容易減到LBM??
可是好像又不是那麼回事
以小弟女友為例
重訓加有氧,飲食超過基礎代謝一點
減了1.3公斤脂肪 增加0.3公斤LBM
可是小弟我不忌口(一定超過基代,薯條高油、高鈉都吃)
重訓 30~45分 基本上都是 15下以內力竭
後面加1小時的腳踏車
從去年九月到現在
3公斤中有 2.66 脂肪 0.33 LBM 這算正常
小弟知道這樣以增肌來說似乎吃太少....
如果我每天在多補充兩百卡算夠嗎?
還是要到400??
