體脂肪降不下來 - 減肥

大家好
之前有po過減肥文
現在有一些問題想要請教大家~(飲食很正常 目前應該都有吃超過基代1260左右)
1.運動與消耗
爬文發現運動最好至少維持30分鐘以上(且心跳最好達到130~140)
我目前跑步都差不多跑30分鐘就沒力 然後就停了
但是我的心跳都有達到140以上
我的問題是
那這樣子跑有消耗到熱量嗎(就是可以減重的脂肪或醣類嗎)
2.體脂肪降不下來
遵從版上精華區的指引
我沒有天天量體重
固定星期一會跑去康是美量一下
但是從10/24開始到今天11/8 體脂肪卻是節節高升呀!!(26.3->27.1->27.7)
(但是10/24~11/1中間沒有跑步 11/1~11/8跑了五天的35分鐘左右)
想請教是不是哪邊疏忽了 謝謝大家!
