體脂與重訓?? - 健身

幾個小問題 請板上達人們不吝指教
1.板上前輩總是說 重訓可以增加基代 那我想請問
如果只做有氧沒做重訓 體脂往下掉 這樣子
基代也會增加嗎?(今天發覺體脂又掉2%)
2.做完有氧 淋完浴之後(做完運動以後 我喜歡馬上洗個熱水澡)
測心跳還是在130以上 請問這樣還會持續燃脂嗎?
已經離運動完有一段時間了(20分以上了)
3.之前看到有前輩說:澱粉是燃脂時的助燃劑 這是真的嗎?
那水也是幫助代謝脂肪的重要物質
所以有氧運動時 適當的吃些澱粉的東西 喝大量的水(當然不是量多到讓身體產生不適)
對減脂很有幫助嗎?
