基本資料
性別:男(男/女)
年齡:18.5
身高:182
體重:91
BMI:27(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:26上下(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
參考照片:(可免填)
三餐內容
早餐:-4的飯團或是大亨飽+低糖豆漿或奶茶
午餐:都是外食 吃的不太一定 但是大概的量是六吋的碗這麼大
晚餐:基本上大約半碗飯 還有150公克的青菜跟50公克的肉類
(自助餐 秤重算錢 100g15元 我大約都吃30 所以粗略這樣估計)
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:大概12點到1點睡 7到8點起
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每週重訓3天+慢飽4天 慢跑一次約25分鐘 圈數沒算過
補充 因為我是跑到自己快跑不動了 所以沒有去算過到底跑了多遠
不過10分鐘大概可以跑1500
我的問題:這樣的生活大概一個月了,但是體脂跟體重都沒掉到底為什麼
之前的生活我還都沒運動,吃的量也比現在吃的多,還常常吃零食飲料吃到飽
想說戒掉+運動以後會瘦,結果一點用都沒又orz
