體脂計的運作 應該大家都知道....不過還是貼一下↓
體脂計的原理一般市面上販賣的多是利用生物電阻法的原理,
利用身體組成、電流通過之阻力不同而測得,
例如肌肉組織含有水份可導電,但脂肪組成不導電,
電流通過時,脂肪組織多,所產生的電阻就較大,
經由此原理,而計算出體脂肪的多寡。
今天的心得文,是剛剛無聊做實驗得來
主角: 我 (男性)
器材:Tanita BC-562,數年前從日本很重的扛回來
測試1 XX 穿襪子 量不出來 無數據 (還蠻聰明的嘛)
測試2 16.7% 襪子脫掉 僅著短衣短褲(大腿沒有相互碰到)
兩手舉平 (以手臂不碰觸身體為原則)
測試3. 15.3% 褲子脫掉 大腿會稍微碰觸 手依然平舉不碰身體
測試4. 14.9% 上衣也脫掉 兩手放下微微接觸到身體
測試5-1. 5.0% 沒什麼,蹲下而已。沒穿衣服大腿小腿連在一起
測試5-2. 5.0% 追根究柢,先穿上短袖T恤上衣,一樣蹲下測量
測試5-3 7.9% 穿上衣服褲子,蹲下測量,身體"沒有"直接碰觸,隔著衣物。
測試6-1. 13.4% 高難度的滑雪姿勢,身體前傾半蹲
大腿碰胸口,但是大小腿沒碰到,
很難維持細微平衡讓它數值穩定可以偵測,但我還是達成了
測試6-2. 12.7% 上衣脫掉的滑雪姿勢,同6-1.。
測試7 16.5% 追加,數字很接近測試2,脫光光然後半蹲腿張開
讓大腿不要相互碰到,一樣很難維持平衡
結論: 1. 同一時間、地點時間量
還會因為你的衣著、姿勢 身體碰觸多寡而影響
2. 大腿跟雙手是關鍵,些微的碰觸(有無穿褲子) 就已經會影響 1~2 %
3. 歐姆龍手持式,手平舉已減少了手碰身體的誤差,
但也有可能因為大腿相互碰觸與否,影響數字。
4.不是體脂計的問題,是使用者個人習慣姿勢的問題
以及有沒有穿衣服.....
5.如果要自行記錄、除了時間固定以外,衣服穿不穿 跟姿勢也要固定
6. 有些體脂率 5% 10%男性 不會是這種 美麗的誤會吧....
