如題,體脂降10%, 臉型大概會差多少啊,三個月後要參加同學會啦,目前182/78公斤,
體脂26%
目前一個禮拜運動六天,每次重訓一小時,有氧半小時。有氧是爬階梯,維持心律在160
左右
三餐飲食吃水煮餐,每天熱量攝取1800大卡,蛋白質攝取160克
請問這樣有機會三個月降到16%嗎?還是早上要再加半小時的有氧呢?降10% 臉型大概會
