練捲腹肚子會抽筋 - 健身

本人還是痴胖有肚腩
九月開始控制飲食
十月開始練著推拉腿課表一周六練
預計花半年來恢復之前的訓練量
練完後會隨機三選一練一下核心
1) 農夫走路
2) 單槓抬腿
3) cable捲腹/臥推椅捲腹
可是每次一選到捲腹都會肚子抽筋
無重量也是如此
以前練的時候只發生過一次
請問我該怎麼做才能真正練到捲腹啊?
還是等先捨棄這動作,瘦下去了才開始練?
